Pilot Check Valve
SMC pilot check valves permit flow in one direction and only allow reverse flow if supplied with an appropriate pilot signal. They are available in thread sizes up to 1", and many configurations integrate One-touch connections for installation convenience. The several ASP series models integrate a speed control function for additional versatility.
Series ASP is a speed controller with an integrated pilot check valve. This combination makes it possible to control cylinder speeds and permits temporary intermediate stops. The ASP is standard with electroless nickel plating on all brass parts and allows 360 degree freedom for tube mounting direction.
AS-X785 is a pilot operated check valve that is intended for direct mounting on the device being controlled. It is available in combinations of threaded and One-touch connections for installation versatility.
The XTO series of pilot operated check valve is an in-line model that features threaded connections. This high flow variant is available in thread sizes from 1/4" to 1".
The XT34-303 series of pilot operated check valve is a direct mounted model with threaded connections. It features an auto switch for confirmation of the closed state of the valve. This output can be used for a confirmation signal in a machine safety scheme.
