AS/JAS (w/Built-in One-touch Fitting)

Using SMC speed controls with built in one-touch fittings minimizes installation time, reduces mounting height and enables a more compact machine design. These speed controls allow the body to be rotated to facilitate simple installation. Available in thread sizes from M3 to 1/2 in both inch (NPT) and metric R(PT) and with tube sizes from 3.2mm to 12mm OD (metric) and 1/8 to 1/2 OD (inch) and with optional elbow and universal style (increased flexibility) and meter-in and meter-out, these speed controls are designed to meet most applications.

Push Lock Type
The AS speed controller variants with push lock allow for easy locking of the flow rate setting without a tool.
With Indicator
The AS speed controller variants with indicator window allow for numerical verification of flow rate setting.
In-line Type
AS speed controller in-line variants saves space with direct mounting horizontal to the airline.
Plug-in Type
The AS speed controller plug-in type can be mounted directly to a One-touch fitting, eliminating the need for a tool.
Tamper Proof / Screwdriver Adjust
AS speed controller tamper proof and flat head screwdriver adjust variants require a tool to change settings.
Special Application
AS speed controller variants for operation in special applications include low speed and residual pressure release types.
Special Environment
AS speed controller variants for operation in special environments include clean room, metal body, and flame resistant types.
